This abstract focuses on the need for restructuring the strategic backbone, especially in terms of patients’ safety and increasing the medical center ranking and standing in the healthcare field, in order to increasing the number of medical examinations performed by the medical center. There is a need for funds and proper measures of quality and improvement for the sake of the patients.
